This training is designed to expand and support the number of Youth Development Centers that are working in the United States and Internationally. It supports those individuals and teams who are already leading YDCs and those that are wanting to start a YDC in their community. The training is designed for a variety of audiences including:
- Cru Inner City Staff and volunteers
- Volunteer Youth Development Leaders
- International Leaders
This leadership training is a combination of web based training, email communications, phone call mentoring and face to face time together.
